Thank you for your friendly and efficient service. Being the last customer on Thursday evening, I was very grateful to be collected at the airport after a 10-hour journey from Perth. As it had been raining, my car was placed undercover for a seamless transfer. I use your service whenever I travel domestically or internationally and have never been disappointed. Flew to Brisbane last week and Betta Parking took away alot of the stress and pressure from the trip by getting us to the airport in a timely manner and waiting for our arrival.
Highly recommend them for their excellent customer service!They went above and beyond. Will definitely be using their service again. So grateful that they went the extra mile for us after such a full on few days in Brissy.

This is a very good service. It is very convenient to the airport and the service vehicle is very comfortable. The cost of storing our vehicle is very reasonable and pick up and delivery to and from the airport is excellent.

Just back from two weeks in Perth. As always, we left our car with Betta and as always we enjoyed its very prompt and courteous service. We never have to wait more than five minutes for pickup, which is always welcome, as our flight from Perth is a "red-eye special". Excellent service all round.

I find Betta car Parking a very good service to use, as a Local I find the Bus pick up and Drop off service very good.and the Booking system very easy to use, I always refer this service to friends who are flying and they all seem happy with it.

This was our first experience using Betta and was brought about because we needed to leave our car for in excess of 6 weeks. We were assured that before it was to be picked up, the car would be checked to make sure it would start.
We were delighted to find everything worked extremely well!

The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we will certainly use Betta again!

Booking online was very easy and the staff are very friendly. The pick up and drop off service to the airport in the shuttle was efficient and reliable. All in all I would highly recommend Betta Airport parking because of their friendly and reliable service.

So, I live in Townsville which has just lost the Air-Link to Bali and Asia and I work in Asia 2 weeks each month. Cairns is the closer and easier option than TSV-BRIS-Singapore. I checked the web, found Betta Parking, Booked ON-Line and drove into the yard the morning and everything was so easy, so well arranged and so smooth. Really, you would think I had done this a dozen times. We were on 1st name basis in nothing flat.
Coming back 10 days later was just as easy. One call from the APort (the guys wear headsets), picked up, car out and ready in the park and I was on my home to TSV. This is a major saving compared to the Airport which is just OUTrageous charging, like all Airports.
This is now my Townsville to Asia Route! Thanks Betta - efficient, great prices, and again - just Smooth!

I was really grateful for the extra help received last Saturday when you went out of your way not only to pick me up from your pick up area but went back to the arrival area to collect my husband(and our luggage) who wasn't able to walk due to an injury, Made our day. Thank you again.

Having lived in Sydney and Melbourne and using similar services in those cities. Betta Airport Parking Lake Street Cairns has provided an excellent and responsive service with near to no waiting time. Drop off, pickup from airport, payment and drive off very stream lined and efficient. Highly recommended and a very affordable price.

Thankyou so much. So easy for me. I didn't have to annoy my friends or family for a lift out to the early morning flight. I just had to take the car to Lake street and Chrissy was ready to take me to the airport. Same when I rang, on my return, and the courtesy bus was there in minutes to pick me up. My car was ready out the front to drive away. No hassles, Very affordable and very friendly thankyou.

Thank you for the excellent service - my car was secure during a recent trip away (particularly as it was raining heavily over a few days) - the shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and staff friendly.
I would definitely use Betta Airport Parking again.

They are a very professional company, on time and very efficient. Their carpark is only about 5 minutes from the airport and they open extremely early for flights that depart or arrive early. The staff were very friendly, so impressed with the service. I totally recommend this guys if you want to park your vehicle short term very close to the airport.
